How to Register & Log in?
Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from Mythdress.com:
·Register at Mythdress.com for free
Click the "Register" button on the right top of Mythdress.com, and get to the registration page as below: 

To create your account:
a) Enter your email address. Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders. 
b) Enter your password. You will be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure to choose something you will remember the next time you want to place an order.
Passwords are case sensitive. For instance, "PASSWORD" and "Password" are two different passwords. When choosing a password, remember the capitalization you use.
Passwords must be a minimum of 7 characters.
It's best to avoid passwords that are easy to guess, such as "secret," "password," or "letmein." We also suggest that you avoid using your name, e-mail address, or other personal information that is easily obtained.
Though it's not a requirement, adding numbers or special characters to your password will make it even stronger. For example, the password "Mythdress2!%" is a much stronger password than "Mythdress."
Guard your password carefully. Remember, anyone who knows your password may access your account. 
c) Click the  button at the bottom-right of the registration page. 

·Log in your Mythdress Account

Click the "Log in" button on the top of Mythdress.com, and get to the account page as above. 

Why can’t I login?
·Check your login details and login username, make sure that the email address is the one you used for registration.
·Mythdress.com system maintenance might cause a problem. In this case, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
·Make sure that the cookies from www.Mythdress.com are accepted in your browser (Internet Explorer or others).
·If the above methods still do not work, please contact our customer service. They will help you to resolve the issue.

What if I forget password?
You may reset your password by clicking the "Forget password?" button on the sign in page. Then go to your email inbox, and reset your password.

Is the information I send over the Internet safe?
Yes, totally. We understand your need to be safe when shopping online and Mythdress.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it’s transmitted over the Internet. We will never give your personal information to any third party. If I haven’t signed up for Mythdress.com account, can I still make a purchase?
Sorry, but we need you to register your details with us to start shopping. This enables us to contact you about your orders and offer you great benefits, for instance promotional discount codes and information on our latest products. Don’t worry though; it’s free to register with Mythdress.com

About Orders
How to place the first order?
Placing an order with Mythdress.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.
·Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located above the top navigation bar of each page. You will also find links to browse dress lists in the top navigation bar. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or picture of the item to see its product detail page. 
·Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Mythdress.com, click the  button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking theat the top of every page of our website.
·Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the  button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Sign In

a) Enter your e-mail address. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) 
b) Choose a password for your account, and re-enter your password. You will be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure to choose something you will remember the next time you want to place an order.
c) Enter your name, address, and telephone number, so that when you come back to Mythdress.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address during this first order. 
·Confirm your Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. The shipping address is set as the same as the address when you sign in your new account. If you want to send to another place, please click the  button to change your address.
·Choose a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method between Standard Rate (5 - 8 days to major destinations) and Expedite Rate (3 - 4 days to major destinations). And the shipping charge for your order is displayed just before you submit your order.

·Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. Enter your special requirements, and event date. When ready, click the  button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. 

How can I check the status of my order?
We will send you the order confirmation email when we received your order. And we will email you the tracking number when item shipped. You can also click contact us to get more information about your order.

What does the order status mean?
·Pending: Your order is currently incomplete, awaiting payment. Once we've received your payment, we will confirm it within 24 hours and begin processing your order.
Payment Received - We’ve received your payment and are beginning verification to ensure payment security.
Payment Confirmed - Your payment has just been confirmed and we will begin processing your order immediately.
·Packaging - All products require processing before shipment. Processing includes selecting your products, quality assurance checks and careful packaging for shipment.
·All shipped: Everything in your order has been packaged and sent to the shipping address you provided.
·Cancelled: This order has been cancelled.

How can I place a bulk order?
We will provide you with personal customer service for large volume wholesale orders and discuss the shipping options fully.

Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome! Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you the best price to build our long term business relationships!

Oops, I made a mistake. Can I cancel order?
Yes. We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.
·Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, or
·Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 10% of the product purchase price, or
·Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost, or
·Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

﹡Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 5 days.

About Payment
Will I be charged for my items?
You will be charged for your order when your payment status is changed to "payment received". We will then confirm your payment and begin processing your order right away. In some cases, credit/debit card payments may take up to 24 hours to confirm.

How do I see price in my Currency?
The default currency display on Mythdress.com is US dollars. Click the currency drop-down menu on the right top of every page, and you can easily set it to any of the following currencies:
- Euro (€)
- British Pound (£)
- Canadian Dollar (CA$)
- Australian Dollar (AU$)
- Chinese Yuan (¥)

How do you calculate the currency?
Mythdress.com updates our exchange rates twice monthly based on the global currency markets.

How do I use coupon?
Before clicking Go to Checkout, enter your coupon code under the item you selected and click “Apply Coupon”.

How is the dress quality from Mythdress.com?
Mythdress.com is committed to provide high quality dresses with affordable price. Our ultimate goal is your happiness. Therefore, if you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.

How do I use ‘SEARCH’ on Mythdress.com?
You can search by color, occasion, dress type, price, or by product number. You can search all those categories at once and even sort by price and popularity once you've filtered your dresses.

Why can I no longer find the dress that I like before?
Once an item is out of stock and the manufacturer is no longer making it, it will be removed from our webpage.

What if my dress is not available?
If the dress you ordered is out of stock or for some reason, we will notify you in time and give you other options to pick from; or you can just cancel your order. You can also send picture of your favorite dress, and after confirmation, we will reply you as soon as possible.

When should I order my wedding dress?
Normally, it can't be less than 1 month before your wedding ceremony. In case that the dress doesn’t fit you and we have enough time to do alternation.

What happens if there is a problem with the dress?
All the products will be carefully checked before the delivery. Each dress goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you have a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. We believe that our customers deserve the very best that the bridal market can provide. Please check Return &Refunds for more information.

Do you offer dress rent service?
Sorry, we do not offer dress rent service.

Do you offer custom-made service?
If you cannot find the right size in the catalogue, contact with us, tell us your size and we will do custom made for you. 

How to measure? 
Before ordering custom-made dress from Mythdress.com, we strongly recommend you finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. And of course you can measure yourself at home, turn to How to Measure instruction on each Product Page.

Can you make the dress exactly according to the pictures I send?
Yes, we can! We welcome your coming pictures any time! Please send us the pictures of the dress by email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price including shipping cost.

Are these used dresses?
All dresses we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.

Do you offer free fabric swatches?
Sorry. We don’t. But we sell swatches for you to know exactly what the dress material will be like. You can also buy the material directly from our site.

Will my dress be ready to wear when it arrives?
It depends. Some fabrics tend to wrinkle when they're folded for shipment. Some fabrics are designed to handle this sort of treatment and snap to their stunning best right out of the box. To be safe, you should plan have the dress professionally steamed before your special day.

How to create a review?
You must have purchased the very product before you create a review. Your review will appear on the product detail page after submission. 
a) Sign into your dressbraw.com account and visit "My Account". 
P.S. You must have completed purchase of the product before creating a review on it.
b) Click the "My Review" button in the My Account section; then you will see a list of items awaiting your reviews. 
c) Choose the item you want to review by pressing the "Write a Review" button on the "My Reviews" page. Rate the item on a 5-star scale and enter your comment in the box provided.
d) Preview your review and press the "Submit Review" button.

About Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Mythdress.com ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe. Please refer to the Shipping &Delivery and all available countries will be shown on the drop down list of the Shipping Cost.

How long will it take to get my dress?
a) For Expedited shipping, it usually takes 3-4 days to all major destinations, and it’s the fastest shipping method worldwide so far. Shipping costs differ from item to item. 
b) For Standard shipping, it usually takes 5- 8 days to all major destinations, and standard shipping costs less, but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping.

Who pays for the Duties and Tariffs on international shipments?
We will not charge any duty for an international order. Import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. However, we will send the dress as a sample to avoid your taxes. Please check the Shipping & Delivery section for detailed information.

Where's my stuff?
You'll find the most updated information about your order by visiting Your Account and see if your stuff has been shipped. And after shipment, you will receive an email about the shipping number and the estimated arriving date. 

The carrier website shows that the order has been successfully delivered, but I didn’t receive the Package. What happened?
• See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
• Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
• Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) 

The carrier website shows that the order failed to deliver to the destination, what happened? 
Case 1: The item is in transit. It refers to any delivery failure case except for customs detention. The tracking information shown on the carrier's official website includes customs cleared, leaving the processing center, and being dispatched to XXX, etc. In such cases, we should take the full responsibility and make a full refund to customer in principle.

Case 2: If the delivery fails because the address the buyer provided is incorrect or incomplete (according to what is indicated on the official website of the shipping carrier, e.g. “the address is unavailable for delivery”), the item is shipped back to us.
For non-customer made items: We will deduct the shipping fee while return the rest money of the payment to the buyer.
For custom made items: Buyer will undertake the shipping fee as well as a 50% refund of the product purchase price.
In this case, if the buyer needs the item, he or she should pay for the shipping fee, and we will reship it to the right address.

Case 3: If the delivery fails and the item is not returned to us.
In this case, the buyer should be eligible for part of the product purchase price as well as the shipping fee.
