Estimate Delivery Date

The total delivery time is composed of two parts.

 

The first part is the processing time. This is the time from the moment your payment is received to the time we gather up all the items and package them. Processing time differs from category to category.

The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 5-8 days, and express shipping normally takes 3-4 days.

 

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the processing time (the time it takes to make the dress); based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

 

• Occasion Dresses

Receiving time (Time needed for your order to be received successfully since you made the order) = Tailoring time (around 9-10 Business days) shipping time (around 3-4 Business days)

 

 

Mythdress always do the best to finish preparation of the item ASAP after you place an order on our website. We will send you the item before your requested date, however, we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. No matter whatever the situation is, we will always send you the item before the shipping deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related shipping companies to take your case as priority.

 

Getting Items Faster

·Select Expedited Shipping

Note that select the expedited shipping will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve.

 

·Select Urgent Order

Shorten the time to make your dress by selecting the urgent order. The costs may differ according to the weight and dimensions of package and the destination country or region, please contact customer service if you plan to buy urgent order.

 

Tariffs and Import Fees

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal shipping cost.

 

It's the buyers’ responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

 

A tariff or duty (the words are used interchangeably) is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products. Different tariffs are applied on different products by different countries. Some countries have very high duties and taxes; some have relatively low duties and taxes. Only the customs officers in the country where the goods clear can make the final determination. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out relevant information before you order. Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about import taxes in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We would be happy to follow your instructions.

 

If my items are detained by customs, who will be responsible to the clearance of the items?

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has been left the seller's country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items. If your items can not be cleared at customs, you need to provide us with the letter authorized by customs stating why they will seize it, and we will settle the problem with you.

 

If a very large order is delivered from overseas to my country, will customs seize my order?

Yes, it is possible. We suggest you ask us in advance to split your orders into several smaller packages, to be shipped out on different days to avoid possible seizure.

 

If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?

It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email containing your 19-digit order number and a summary of all items purchased within a working day. If you have not received the order notification email, please check your spam folder and verify that your email settings are enabled to allow our automated email notifications. If you are unable to locate the order email, please contact us.

 

The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by the carrier’s website.
